WAYNE – Following the first Junk in the Trunk sale in April, the second event is approaching for this weekend from the Wayne Public Library Parking Lot.
For the fourth straight year, Junk in the Trunk attendees have brought their “treasurers” in the truck of their car to sell. Mark your calendar for Saturday, May 19 from 8 a.m. until Noon.
Call 402-375-3135 to reserve your spot as each seller will be responsible for their car, junk & treasures, transactions and clean up. Selection site for cars will be on a first come, first serve basis.
Just drive in, open your trunk and sell your stuff. Set-up will begin at 7 a.m. and all cars must be in place by 7:45 a.m.
The Wayne Public Library and Senior Center asks for foot traffic only around the cars. All participating cars need to be parked in the lot, saving street-side parking for library patrons.
Remaining Junk in the Trunk sales include Saturday, June 23; Saturday, August 18 and Saturday, September 22.
