Junior High, High School Band & Choir Performances, Music Booster Fundraiser

WAYNE – Plan for an evening of band and choir offered by Wayne Community Schools students.

According to a release from the Wayne Music Boosters, the group will be hosting their annual ‘Pie and Ice Cream’ fundraiser on Monday, March 14.

Junior high students will be showcased from 5 – 6:15 p.m. followed by the high school students from 6:30 – 8 p.m.

Free will donations will be accepted for this come-and-go concert at the Wayne Jr/Sr High School gymnasium. Hot dogs and chips will also be served with pie and ice cream in the high school commons.

The performance schedule will open with the fifth grade band from 5 – 5:15 p.m.; sixth grade band from 5:15 – 5:30 p.m.; seventh and eighth grade choir from 5:30 – 5:45 p.m.; seventh and eighth grade band from 5:45 – 6 p.m.; seventh and eighth grade jazz band from 6 – 6:15 p.m.; high school jazz band from 6:30 – 6:45 p.m.; high school jazz choir from 6:45 – 7 p.m.; high school choir/musical preview from 7 – 7:35 p.m. and the high school band from 7:35 – 8 p.m.
