June Community Blood Drives Scheduled

WAYNE – A handful of communities will be hosting blood drives including a scholarship blood drive in late June.

According to a release from LifeServe Blood Center, community members are being asked to give blood to help patients in local hospitals.

Blood donated with LifeServe will stay in your neighborhood. LifeServe doesn’t collect blood in a community unless that blood will help the local medical center or hospital.

Community Blood Drives will be held in Hartington on Monday, June 14; Laurel on Friday, June 18; Coleridge on Monday, June 21; Wayne on Wednesday, June 23 and Randolph on Thursday, June 24 while the Tyler Nicke Scholarship Blood Drive will be held in Wynot on Saturday, June 19.

Schedule a blood donation appointment online at lifeservebloodcenter.org or call 800-287-4903.
