WAYNE – Early last week a northeast Nebraska manufacturing plant announced they’ll be transitioning back to a traditional two-shift operation to begin the new year.
According to a release from Great Dane, the Wayne facility is making their shift transition in order to better align production with the stabilizing market. The two-shift operation will begin January 1, 2020.
Every third shift employee will be given the opportunity to join the first or second shifts as this shift restructure will give Great Dane the ability to move with market demands and respond.
