LINCOLN – On Wednesday, February 17, Nebraska’s Farm Service Agency (FSA) will host a webinar. The program will run from noon – 1 p.m. central time. Details about the Quality Loss Adjustment (QLA) will be discussed.
The QLA program aids producers that lost crop quality due to a natural disaster occurring in 2018 and 2019. The deadline to apply for this program is March 5. A receipt or other documentation is required to prove quality loss claims. Scale tickets or receipts from buyers would suffice.
Visit www.farmers.gov/quality-loss, for more information regarding QLA. To locate the nearest FSA office, go to www.farmers.gov, then click on the Service Center Locater. All FSA offices are open for business.
