LINCOLN – Residents in Nebraska will soon have another chance at getting their 2019 paddlefish snagging permits.
According to a release from Nebraska Game and Parks Commission, these permits were forfeited during the paddlefish snagging permit draw.
On Monday, August 19 the permits will go on sale at 1 p.m. central time and will be awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis. There are currently 20 permits available as the paddlefish snagging season is October 1 – 31.
Permits may be purchased at OutdoorNebraska.org or in-person at Nebraska Game and Parks Commission permitting offices. To find an office near you, visit OutdoorNebraska.org/locations.
