Early Winter Snow Surprise for WAYNE AMERICA!

you received anywhere from 2 to 3 inches from Saturday night through Sunday

WAYNE – Local teams aren’t finished playing football yet but that didn’t seem to matter to ‘mother nature’ as a multi-state winter storm dumped over a foot of snow on some portions of the upper Midwest over the weekend.

Depending on your location in WAYNE AMERICA you received anywhere from 2 to 3 inches from Saturday night through Sunday. About 3 inches in Wayne. And the local forecast calls for at least another inch or so before it ends. Albion, Norfolk and Fremont could see another 2 inches; Columbus up to 3 inches, according to the National Weather Service.

The system extends from northern Nevada, northeasterly through Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.

Expect several days of abnormally chilly weather before we see a warm up mid-week.
