UPDATE: Commissioners Meeting Pushed To 10 a.m., Courthouse Will Open Then

WAYNE – The first of two regularly scheduled meetings in the month of March for the Wayne County Board of Commissioners will feature an interest payment approval and information provided by Highway Superintendent, Mark Casey.

Plan on attending the Commissioners meeting from the Wayne County Courthouse meeting room on Tuesday, March 6 starting at 10 a.m. with the courthouse opening then due to weather.

During the consent agenda portion of the schedule, the board will look to approve a $33,055 payment for the interest due on Wayne County, NE Bond Anticipation Bonds, Series 2017.

Following the approval of the regular agenda and claims, the Wayne County Commissioners will hear from Mark Casey about road and bridge project updates. Discussion will also take place for several fees including access point permits, reimbursement of engineering and attorney fees along with liability insurance and letter of credit requirement for Wayne County Roads Agreements.
