Christmas In The City Provides The Musical Kickoff For The 2022 Holidays

WAYNE – Nothing says CHRISTMAS like the sound of Christmas music. And beginning on Thanksgiving Day, listeners to K C T Y – “The City” will find all of their traditional Christmas favorites, and some newer additions, at 98.9 FM in the Wayne area.

 

It’s Christmas In The City once again this year – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through December 25th. For area business, the Christmas theme will allow retailers to set the mood for their shoppers. For parties and gatherings, Christmas In The City will provide the variety of the greatest Christmas music of all time without much announcer chatter.

 

K C T Y will continue to offer updated weather, news and sports at regular times of the day and week. Station Manager David Kelly says “Christmas In The City has been well received over the past several years. K C T Y joins a handful of other Nebraska radio stations offering Christmas music as an alternative to their regular music formats”.

 

In addition to being available on FM at 98-9 and on AM at 15-90, “Christmas In The City” will be available online at waynedailynews.com and on the Wayne Radio app which if free for both Apple and android users. That means “Christmas In The City” is easily found on your phone, whether you’re in town or away.
