WAYNE – Wayne Area Economic Development’s weekly Chamber Coffee event will still be held at Miller Law this Friday. But instead of in the morning, at Noon.
Due to a funeral of a friend this week’s Friday morning Chamber Coffee will be starting at noon. Cheese and beef pizza, fruit, chips, drinks including coffee will be provided.
Miller Law is located at 208 Main Street and has been in downtown Wayne since January of 2016.
Amy Miller is a solo practitioner in Wayne, working in a general area practice of law.
“I do primary family law, adoptions, divorces,” said Miller. “I do a lot of real estate transactions. I dabble in some simple estates, nothing complicated. A lot of wills and trusts.”
Miller is the Deputy of Pierce County Attorney, so she can’t do any criminal defense while also working as the attorney for the City of Wayne and is running for the Wayne County Attorney in the upcoming election in May.
The building was previously co-occupied with McLaury Engineering, as Miller Law now has an opening for a new tenant.
There is room up front for another assistant along with three rooms, one which Miller is using, and a break room that has a fridge, sink, cupboards and more.
“Then if you go beyond that, we just basically use it for storage, but there’s another office,” Miller added. “There’s a full basement, there’s a garage and then there’s another break room with a ping pong table in the back.
