WAYNE – The Wayne County Board of Commissioners will hold their first regularly scheduled meeting in the month of December Tuesday at 9 a.m.
On December 4 from the Wayne County Courthouse, commissioners will hear an update on Northeast Nebraska Community Action Partnership (NENCAP) services provided in Wayne County.
Highway Superintendent, Mark Casey will provide road/bridge project updates along with a bid opening for the purchase of a new articulated motor grater.
After the two regular scheduled meetings and a recessed meeting in November pertained to one topic, the “Wayne County Exterior Renovation Project” is back on the agenda. The Board of Commissioners will hold a phone conference with Jerry Berggren and Jake Geisert with Berggren Architects at 9:40 a.m.
Items to be addressed still are taking action on the scope of the project and bids which were opened in mid-October.
