WESTERVILLE–An Arcadia teen died in a one-vehicle accident on Friday morning.
According to the Nebraska State Patrol, a Dodge Ram was traveling westbound on Highway 70 around 8 a.m. approximately three miles east of Westerville when it crossed the eastbound lane, went into the south ditch, and rolled.
The 16-year-old driver from Arcadia, Brandon Cheek, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
A seat belt was not in use during the crash. The crash remains under investigation.
