Softball Youth Hitting/General Skills Clinic

Wayne – A Youth Hitting/General Skills Clinic will be held in Wayne later this month.
The Wayne State College Softball team will be putting on this clinic at the Pete Chapman Softball Complex Sunday, August 30. Registration for the clinic will begin at 8:30 a.m. with the clinic itself running from 9 a.m. – noon for girls ages 8-13.
The cost for the Youth Hitting/General Skills Clinic is $50 which includes a camp t-shirt.
Softball youths will learn the basic skills used for hitting and defense. Throughout the clinic the youths will be taught one-on-one from the Wildcat players and coaching staff themselves.
Athletes are expected to come prepared with their cleats and/or tennis shoes, a glove, bat, batting gloves, and water bottle.
