Senate Candidates Celebrate Fourth Of July With Public

OMAHA (AP) - Nebraska's U.S. Senate candidates were shaking hands and handing out campaign stickers in eastern Nebraska for the July Fourth holiday.
Democrat Bob Kerrey, a former U.S. senator and governor for Nebraska, and Republican State Senator Deb Fischer both planned to walk parades in Omaha, Ralston and Seward yesterday.
