COLUMBUS(AP) - Taxicabs are back in Columbus, five months after the city's sole cab company went out of business. Norfolk-based Checker Cap started operating two taxis in Columbus on May 8. Manager Connie Oberle says the company could operate more cabs in Columbus, but it would first see how two cars managed. City Taxi had three cabs.
