Conestoga Principal Snow Day Song

MURRAY – When it comes to getting the word out about weather closings, school officials have to make sure that they’re able to get their students’ attention.

Check out how Conestoga High School Principal David Friedl announced school was closed Friday morning on Twitter and Facebook.

Watch Friedl’s version of Queen’s “Crazy Little Thing Called Love,” redone as “Crazy Fluffy Thing Called Snow.”

Conestoga High School is located near Murray. Neb. in Cass County. The area, which is in a winter weather advisory until Saturday morning, is forecast to get about an inch of snow along with the freezing drizzle.

Freezing drizzle will precede snow this afternoon
